Missing the honeymoon days...

I'm spending the night reminiscin' bout our honeymoon 2 months ago.. Oh how I miss it.. No wake up calls, the smell of bacon and eggs in the morning, pure r&r.... :) We went to the beach everyday, we rode the banana boat, we went snorkeling, island hopping, jet skiing, & atv riding. It was my first domestic flight, our first plane ride together, and our first time clubbing/dancing together. We were drunk every night LOL & we had a blast! FOTD - GREEN & PURPLE (Sephora Palette)

Finally a FOTD! :) I did this look at 3am while I was waiting for the hubby to get off basketball practice. I've been lazy wearing makeup since it's very humid here and the makeup just melts on my face. I've also been having bad skin lately.. dry patches all over my face, & oily tzone.. I've been trying to find a good moisturizer that will hydrate and even out my skin tone. So if you have any suggestions please let me know.. My skin is in need of desperate help!

(i bought this f/d when i got darker on our honeymoon. it has 5 dials so you can customize what tone matches you. It looks ok on pictures but in person it's just dark and has a pink undertone which I don't like. I'm very picky on choosing my foundation and so far, only nc30 matches my skin)

yo ladies i know it's been a while..... i've been feeling uninspired on blogging but i knda miss it somehow. nothing much is goin on with me lately jus living the life of a housewife and a mom. hopefully my daughter and i will be living in Saudi Arabia with the husband in a few weeks and i can't wait!! we've spent most of our relationsip apart so i'm looking forward to that....

so anyways on to the post.. here are some pictures and details of my wedding makeup. :) i was sooo happy on how my make up looked since the MUA and i didn't had the chance to have a trial, but still i loved how he did my MU. not too light nor too dark.

YES I'M STILL ALIVE!

HEY ALL!!!!! I've been away from blogger for soooo long! Most of you prolly think I was dead then forgot bout me. =P Well as you all know, I just got married last month so I have been very busy bonding with the hubby since he only has 50 days vacay here then back to work in the Middle East.

Umm so yea I just went on my blog and update you girls a bit so you wouldn't forget me. :)

small update + DSK's contest

Hey everyone! :) it's only 2 weeks till my wedding YiKES! So how are you doing my beautiful readers? Right now I've been busy making the favors and finalizing the guest list. Well today I brought Cassie to the doc for her vaccine, then I went to my OB for my check up, and had foot massage & pedi, then had my very 1st eyebrow threading. OMG it made me teary eyed. They usually put like a numbing cream but I told the lady not to put anything since I didn't want to ruin my makeup. It hurt a lot but I was able to tolerate the pain.

CASSIE LEARNED A NEW WORD!

We were having lunch and I was giving her peas. My grandpa asked me what I was giving Cassie, and I answered "peas". Then Cassie copied me and said "peas" and we were all laughin and clapping LOL. The whole day she kept on saying "peas". At dinner I was eating fish and since peas & fish rhymed, I taught Cassie to say fish. She said, "ISH". Close enough. hehe.

wedding update part 2

Yesterday I had scheduled to meet up with my designer at 1:00pm. I left my house at 9am cause I had to stop by the mall and shop for accesories for the wedding & get new glasses since Cassie broke my previous one and I'm blind without glasses on. I do wear contacts though but only when I'm out so i really needed new glasses. I was lookin for a cheap ass one cause I don't find it practical spending a lot on it since my grade increases every year so I have to change lenses and I easily get tired of the style. I went to two optical clinics just to find the frame I wanted but really couldn't find any. Then I saw this dior that I immediately felt in love with!
isn't it pretty? I felt bad though cause right now we really need to save for our wedding in 3 weeks.

After gettin the glasses, Don & I met up and went to Melvin's (the designer) place. Jus wanted to let you know that NO ONE has ever seen the dress except for my friend Don and ME of course. But even my mom or anyone in the fam has never seen the dress yet. And of course y'all know how my blogger ladies are so special so I posted a pic of myself wearin the dress. =)

Tell me what you think ladies. I need your honest opinion. I really want to look good on my wedding day :(

After the fitting, Don and I went back to the mall and bought some stuff for the wedding. Here's a photo of us eatin frozen yogurt. :)

wedding update + new fav lipstick

Hi all! It's only 4 more weeks till my wedding. As most brides I'm having some wedding jitters. I'm mostly worried about my wedding dress cause it's really fitted on the waist and i still have to lose like about 3 inches in just 4 weeks! =( Well speaking of the dress, I had the lining fitting last Monday and my friend Don came with me.  I decided to have a mermaid cut so it's fitted on the waist & hips and there's no room to hide the fats so I'm really pressured on losing the fat to look good on my wedding day. =( When I tried the lining on, the cut was gorgeous!!! It hugged my body well and showed of the bootay lol but I have a boxer's arms so I also need to work on that. Hmm what else.. Oh and here's a pic of Don & I on our way to my designer's shop. :)

We had cocktails before heading to my designer. Me sippin on some lime.

While waiting for Don, I stopped by MAC and bought these gorgeous lippies.
